Originally an agricultural estate, the granaries have always been a central feature of the villa.

Over the centuries, the farmyard area has evolved, with the Gualdana courtyards undergoing complete renovations. Despite these changes, the original historical character has been preserved, providing a welcoming and refined space.

The ‘Baco da Seta’ house, where silk was once produced, is now a splendid venue for events. It features two large rooms that open onto a spacious portico on the ground floor and a charming granary with views of the farmyard and garden.

The ‘Gelso’ house, formerly the farmer’s residence, offers six elegant rooms, including a beautiful suite, and two small sitting rooms for guests to relax in.

For the more active guests, there is a tennis court with synthetic grass.
